Booking a place at ‘The Zone’

A one off non-refundable booking fee of £10 per child will need to be paid on registration to secure a child’s place at the club.
Sessions are to be booked termly, and paid in advance of childcare.

A terms notice will need to be given to reduce sessions or cancel a child’s place.

We will do our best to cater for emergency ‘on the day’ bookings, but this will depend on whether we have a space and therefore cannot be guaranteed, all emergency bookings must be paid prior to the child attending the club.

Any parent/carer who wishes to use this service without booking a permanent place must pay the booking fee to register their child on our system.

Once a place has been requested and the booking fee paid, we will require all forms to be completed prior to a child starting at the club.
