Let Your Light Shine - Matthew 5:16

Year 5: Atlantis

Staffing:

Atlantis – Mrs Cornelius (DHT) and Mrs Douthwaite + Mrs Ekers (SEN TA)

Welcome to Atlantis Class!

We are a bubbly bunch of enthusiastic learners who are looking forward to a superb year in Year 5. We enjoy working together, asking insightful questions (lots of them) and having fun with our friends.

Our project this term is focused on the question:

Can good people do bad things but still be good? We are planning to explore the history of Bristol and its landmarks.  This will include a debate about whether we should continue to commemorate key figures from Bristol’s past.  We look forward to sharing. Some of our work with you very soon.

You can see from the work we do and the displays in our classrooms the variety of topics we cover. By July, you will be able to see the whole range of subjects we have covered. Our Working walls help us learn – the content builds as the term progresses.
